Enough cookies to make up for last year

Last year at this time, I had 2 presentations to prepare, finals, graduation, I was 8 months pregnant, and finally I got noro virus.  So, I didn’t get to make any Christmas cookies.  This year I’m making up for lost time!  I love making Christmas cookies.  It’s fun to impress my inlaws, everyone gets happy at work, and I have a major sweet tooth.

Here’s what I’ve made so far: peanut butter bon-bons, haystacks, and white chocolate macadamia bark.  On tonight’s agenda: chocolate chip (for N, he claims he doesn’t like fancy cookies) and chocolate biscotti.  Tomorrow my mom’s coming up, and I think we’ll be making ribbon cookies (my favorite) and coffee walnut squares.  I also want to make cutouts, since Goozle’s been helping my mother-in-law with them, raspberry-orange stripes, N picked brandy snaps out of my cookie book, and maybe some melting moments.  Think that’s enough?
