Dye job

Here’s my attempt to dye yarn using cake food coloring, Easter egg dye, and Koolaid.  I baked it in the oven!

Skeining it up

Drying–I especially like the parts that got screwed up with the blue color getting on the pink and yellow

Finished and wound up into a yarn egg

How in the world is this comfy?  She sleeps like this all the time.
